As a Social Media Executive, you will assist with managing all social media channels and campaigns that you are assigned to. Your job role includes managing and creating of contents that drives brand and engages customers. You should be intellectually curious with strong analytical skills and an exceptional ability to interpret data and communicate insights and findings. You are also a creative thinker and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, results-oriented environment.
What you’ll do:
  • Create, review, edit and update content for websites, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
  • Manages the assigned social media accounts and posts content.
  • Researching industry-related topics
  • Preparing well-structured drafts using digital word processing and publishing platforms
  • Brainstorms campaign ideas. Work with the in-house production team to conceptualize and develop visuals and video content.
  • Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
  • Use social media to engage consumers and promote company initiatives.
  • Understands the overall concept of the campaign, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Engages with clients as needed
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
  • Assists in creating performance reports.
  • Shadow in creating content strategies and presenting to clients

What you’ll need:
  • Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience writing copy or with a specific industry, such as healthcare, marketing, or technology, may be beneficial or required.
  • Strong communication, research, and typing skills.
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and motivation.
  • Strong time management and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Familiarity with online engagement
  • Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
  • Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
  • Use social media to engage consumers and promote company initiatives.
  • Utilize SEO methods to increase site traffic; measure web traffic to content.
  • Update websites and / or social media platforms as needed.
  • Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.
