We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive - a hybrid professional who thrives at the intersection of sales, strategy, and project management. You’ll be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships, developing tailored technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring every project runs smoothly from pitch to completion. This role is for someone who has an entrepreneurial consultative mindset, is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Market Development
- Drive business growth through consistent lead generation, outreach, and conversion.
- Ensure strong performance and data tracking on all outbound activities - consistently monitoring outreach volume, response rates, and conversion metrics to improve results.
- Develop tailored technical and commercial proposals that align with client objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals.
- Maintain and track pipelines using CRM to ensure clear reporting and accountability.
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted partner to clients - understanding their business goals and providing strategic solutions.
- Understand client needs and translate them into strategic, results-driven marketing solutions.
- Deliver exceptional client servicing, ensuring communication and expectations are aligned at all stages.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing accounts, and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
- Account Management
- Coordination with internal teams to align on scope of work, and deliverables and payment terms to deliver projects.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring consistent communication, trust, and long-term partnership growth.
- Ensure operational excellence and attention to detail in every phase of delivery.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in business development, client servicing, or account management within a digital or creative agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, media, consulting, and advertising ecosystems
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools (PowerPoint / Keynote)
