Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations.
- Record and reconcile daily sales transactions and operational expenses.
- Handle supplier invoices, ensuring verification against quotations and alignment with finance policies.
- Assist in Bank Reconciliation
- Maintains accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather required financial data (if necessary)
- Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Experience in assisting multiple business accounts or entities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
