Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Record and reconcile daily sales transactions and operational expenses.
  • Handle supplier invoices, ensuring verification against quotations and alignment with finance policies.
  • Assist in Bank Reconciliation
  • Maintains accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather required financial data (if necessary)
  • Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks and reports.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Experience in assisting multiple business accounts or entities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
