As the Junior Creative Producer, you will independently lead the planning, development, and execution of creative and commercial projects from concept to delivery. You will manage every aspect of production while ensuring projects are on brief, on budget, and profitable for the company.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external third parties such as freelancers, production houses, and other creative vendors. As the sole member of the department, you will be fully responsible for producing compelling proposals and pitches that drive new business opportunities. You are expected to understand how to commercialize ideas, accurately estimate costs, and identify opportunities to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative & Commercial Development
  • Develop strong creative concepts and proposals that help win new clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Translate client needs into executable ideas with clear commercial logic.
  • Ensure every project is scoped and priced to deliver both creative excellence and profit.
2. Production Leadership
  • Manage end-to-end production, including pre-production, shoot coordination, and post-production oversight.
  • Source, brief, and negotiate with freelancers, production houses, and other third-party vendors.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
3. Business Development & Proposals
  • Lead the creation of compelling proposals and pitch decks that align with client goals and the company’s positioning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify business opportunities and turn creative ideas into commercial wins.
  • Evaluate project costs, margins, and feasibility to ensure all jobs contribute positively to profitability.
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment across every phase of production.
  • Lead clients confidently through project documentation, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Balance creative ambitions with client expectations and operational realities.
5. Quality Control & Delivery
  • Uphold creative and production standards across all deliverables.
  • Ensure work meets brand and quality benchmarks before client presentation or release.
  • Review outputs at key stages to maintain consistency and excellence.
6. Research, Innovation & Resourcefulness
  • Stay updated on production trends, tools, and techniques that can enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Find innovative ways to solve production challenges with limited resources.
  • Build a trusted network of creative collaborators and vendors.

  • Proven experience managing creative productions independently.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of production cost structures.
  • Exceptional proposal and presentation writing skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask.

  • Strong client communication and relationship management abilities.

  • A clear understanding and interest for all media channels, advertising and digital experience
  • Experience in video production
  • A good head for numbers, estimates and budget management are an important aspect of the role
  • Outstanding people skills, a real team player who loves working collaboratively and has an instinct for liaising with creatives
  • High levels of organisation with brilliant multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects at once 
  • BSc/BA in advertising, fine arts, production, film making, or relevant field.
