You will manage mostly lead operation-related tasks for the Talent Department led by the Business Manager in line with the Talent. Your day-to-day mission will be to ensure the sleek progress of all department projects and diversified requests, by leading the logistics and operations. This also includes creating reports, managing client progress and database and execution, taking minutes, and other business development related tasks. To do this role properly, you should have a detailed understanding of business relation, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be extremely organized, and manage projects independently.


What you’ll do (but not limited to):

  • Manage, liaise, and complete any and all projects or campaigns assigned by the Talent and his Business Manager. 
  • Responding to external emails, including but not limited to fans, prospects, gifts, PR agencies, and podcast requests.
  • Arranging meetings of the Talent and the BM and sharing reminders before each.
  • Taking Minutes of Meetings and keeping track of the discussed points to move forward on time. > Missing from the drive. 
  • Building a database with all the client/partner information. 
  • Responsible for sending gifts for each celebration (birthdays, farewells, babies, weddings…).. 
  • Overlooking the Drive arrangements of files while making sure all hard copies are also organized and accessible in the office. 
  • Delivering end-of-campaign reports one month after the campaign ends.
  • Creating, and Manage all Sponsorship decks or supporting material in relation of business development matter. 
  • Support for the reviews of contracts, to make sure it is good for the BM’s signature - ensure that all are filed in the Google drive and in a secured manner. 
  • Supporting the hiring process for the department.
  • Keeping track of all the clients we work with throughout the year. 
  • Working closely with the Finance dept. to follow up on the payment due time of each project.
  • Promptly respond to requests: emails / WhatsApps. 
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant team members.
  • Create a plan and allocation of resources, adhering to the budget set.
  • Develop a detailed task plan and templates, to track progress, and provide an update to the
  • Talent and the BM whenever needed. 
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Manage and coordinate all related logistics in any projects or campaigns involving the Talent and the team members working with him.
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Talent, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Works closely and effectively with the Talent and BM to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. 
  • Acts as a "barometer," having a sense of the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the BM and the Talent updated.
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters expeditiously and proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the media, entertainment, or advertising industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, or Google Suite (Google Meet, forms, calendar) and Social Media web platforms.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic (written and verbal).
  • Ability to network and maintain professional relationships. 
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
